- You can request all outstanding and already made payments via ‘My Booking Info‘. Also see ‘Your reservation‘.
- Please note that payments already made to Booking.com and Airbnb are not always immediately transferred and may not yet be visible on the overview.
Payments apartment
- The time of payment depends on the chosen cancellation policy.
- If reservations were made through an OTA (Booking.com, Airbnb,…) you will pay this third party. If there are any questions regarding payments, please contact the relevant third party.

STANDARD
- 30 days before arrival
50% of the total rental amount will be debited from your credit card.
For reservations less than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount due will be debited from your credit card immediately upon reservation.
- On the day of arrival
The outstanding balance will be debited from your credit card.
FLEX
- On the day of arrival
The total agreed rental amount will be debited from your credit card.
Payments?
- At the end of your stay you will receive an e-mail in the morning with an overview of the accounts and any outstanding balance.
- These additional costs may be the result of certain services, garage rentals or purchases from the Honesty Bar.
- In the e-mail you will immediately receive a link with which you can pay online with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
