Online payments

'De Drie Koningen' only accepts online payments and uses Stripe as a payment provider for this. Stripe adheres to the strictest requirements with regard to security and is PCI reliable.

You do not need to have an account with Stripe. All you need is a credit or debit card with:

When to pay?

Please note: this only applies to direct reservations via this website.
For reservations via OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), the provisions of the OTA apply.

60 days before arrival

  • 50% of the total rental amount of the apartment

14 days before arrival

  • 50% of the total rental amount of the apartment
  • 100% of the rental price of the car park
  • 100% of the price of a beertasting

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will I be kept informed if a payment was made?

When reserving an apartment, our PMS will set up automatic payments on the appropriate days. If such a payment is made, an e-mail will be sent for confirmation.

2. How do I cancel?

  • If booked directly, please send an e-mail to info@ddk.be
  • If the reservation was made on an OTA (Online Travel Agency), you should cancel the reservation on the relevant OTA.

3. Can I pay all in once?

Occasionally, we are asked to pay the full rental amount all at once because of a favourable exchange rate for the tenant.

  • If booked directly, this is possible. Please send an e-mail to info@ddk.be
    If you were to cancel and would be entitled to 50% or 100% of the total rental amount, we will refund everything including the payment partner’s transaction fees.
  • If the reservation was made on an OTA (Online Travel Agency), you should follow their payment agreements.
