'De Drie Koningen' only accepts online payments and uses Stripe as a payment provider for this. Stripe adheres to the strictest requirements with regard to security and is PCI reliable.

You do not need to have an account with Stripe. All you need is a credit or debit card with:

When to pay?

The time of payment depends on the chosen cancellation policy.

Please note: this only applies to direct reservations via this website.
For reservations via OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), the provisions of the OTA apply.

STANDARD

50% of the total rental amount will be debited from your credit card.


For reservations less than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount due will be debited from your credit card immediately upon reservation.

The outstanding balance will be debited from your credit card.

FLEX

The total agreed rental amount will be debited from your credit card.

1. What's the most used cancellation policy?

88,54% of the reservations use the STANDARD cancellation policy. There was a temporary increasing demand for a FLEX cancellation policy during the Covid-19 period.

2. How do I cancel?

  • If booked directly, please send an e-mail to info@ddk.be
  • If the reservation was made on an OTA (Online Travel Agency), you should cancel the reservation on the relevant OTA.

3. Can I pay all in once?

Occasionally, we are asked to pay the full rental amount all at once because of a favourable exchange rate for the tenant.

  • If the reservation was made on an OTA (Online Travel Agency), you should follow their payment agreements.
