Pricing model

The price for renting an apartment depends on many factors:
- the season
- the number of nights
- the day of arrival and/or departure
- the cancellation conditions
- last minute, etc…
So always use our booking page to get an up-to-date and correct quotation.
Also note that we can offer prices here that are up to 15% lower than OTAs such as Booking.com, VRBO or Airbnb.
Comparing and booking directly can therefore pay off.

Arrival and departure 24/7

Occasionally Sunday can be chosen as arrival day, but usually not.
Daily rate

The daily rate is variable according to the season, holiday and the day of the week.
By credit card

Reservations can only be made with a credit card
Up to 12 months in advance

Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance

Cancel

Cancellation policy

The daily prices depends, among other things, on the chosen cancellation policy.
STANDARD formula

Free cancellation up to 60 days in advance.
LTR formula

Free cancellation up to 1 day after reservation

Duration of stay

3 nights

is the minimum length of stay by default
2 nights

is only possible for reservations within the next 42 days.
Long stay discount

4 to 6 nights: 5%
7 nights or more: 10%
Last minute discount

stay within the next 3 weeks: 10%
can be combined with long stay discount
