Since I have experience with PMS implementations of various systems, I am the perfect person to take your holiday home or B&B one step further on the administrative level.
A property manager’s goal is to reduce costs to maximise wins without compromising hospitality and comfort. Through the use of Homey’s open-source technology, I have developed several sustainable applications that result in a 30% reduction in energy consumption.
I also have experience making and editing videos in both the software industry and the accommodation sector. During Covid-19, I was able to convey my job as a Business Automation Consultant on screen instead of on the spot. Due to the many positive reactions, I started applying this in the holiday rentals as well.
