Interparking Centrum Ezelstraat

The nearest parking option for Clarissa Holiday Home is Interparking Centrum Ezelstraat, just a 300-meter walk away. You’re welcome to drive up to the holiday home to drop off your luggage before heading to the public parking. A key advantage of Interparking Centrum Ezelstraat is that you can reserve a spot in advance—something not offered by most other car parks in Bruges. This allows you to enjoy a stress-free trip to Bruges without worrying about parking.

A cheaper secure parking at the station of Bruges outside the city center. From the train station you can use the free shuttle bus to bus stop 'Howest' near Acadia. Find more information below.

Free peripheral car park Coiseaukaai

After dropping off your bags at Clarissa, you can park for free at the Coiseaukaai peripheral car park and then walk 1.2 km back to the holiday home. The peripheral car park is located outside the city centre, next to the Bruges police station. There is no maximum height.

Public road

Parking in the center of Bruges between 09:00 and 20:00 is possible for a fee and is also time-bound. This also applies on public holidays and Sundays. Certainly not recommended for the long term.

Train station Bruges

  • There is one train station in Bruges.
  • Click here to book your tickets. 
  • All major cities are accessible with the fast IC connections. So avoid the IR connections.

From the train station to Clarissa

  • An official taxi rank can be found at the Bruges railway. You can easily pick a taxi to holiday home Clarissa (Sint-Clarastraat 18).
  • Price: Circa 15€ (varies according to a holiday, the volume of the taxi, the hour…)
  • You can take the shuttle bus to the Howest stop, which is just 200 meters from holiday home Clarissa.
  • Price: Free
  • If you’re traveling light, you can start exploring Bruges right away with a pleasant 2.3 km walk to Clarissa. 
  • Keep in mind that most streets in Bruges are paved with cobblestones.

From Clarissa to the train station

  • Call +32 50 33 44 55 to reserve a taxi to the station. Do this in advance, preferably the day before. State the address of your holiday home (Sint-Clarastraat 18), the desired time, the number of people and the amount of luggage.
  • Price: Circa 15€ (varies according to a holiday, the volume of the taxi, the hour…)
  • You can take the shuttle bus from the Howest stop, which is just 200 meters from holiday home Clarissa.
  • Price: Free
  • If you don’t have a lot of luggage with you, you can enjoy Bruges one last moment with a walk of 2,3 km.
  • Keep in mind that most streets in Bruges are paved with cobblestones.

Checking in

When and how?

  • Seven days before your arrival, you will receive an email with the access code for the holiday home.
  • If you’ve booked through an online travel agency like Booking.com or Airbnb, you will first need to fill out a form providing your email address. Once completed, the access code will be sent to you as well.

How does it work?

  • Enter the 6-digit code.
  • If the attempt is successful, the buzzer will sound for a few seconds and you can open the door.
  • After several wrong attempts, the lock is automatically locked for several minutes. Then you will have to wait a while before making another attempt.
  • The code is valid from 1PM on the arrival day and until 10AM on the departure day.
  • A light will come on for each digit entered. This allows you to see whether you have entered one digit too many or too few. To delete the last digit, press the triangle icon. Press twice to remove 2 digits.

Carrefour Express Brugge Langerei is located 540 meters away, just a short walk past St. Giles Church. Open everyday!

Carrefour Market Scheepsdale

Carrefour Market Scheepsdale is located 900 meters away and is a larger option, easily accessible by car. Closed on Sunday.

De Republiek is a large and hip building just next to an independent cinema. There is a large garden suitable for children to play. Always two vegan dishes on the menu.

If you are with a large group and want to eat slow cooked ribs in a variety of tasty sauces (chocolate, beer, spicy, barbecue), Ribs n Beer is the place to be. Just 450 meters away!

Cambrinus, located near the Market square, serve local dishes and is famous for its huge beer selection.
