Parking information

Parking Langestraat ALFAPARK

The nearest parking option for Acadia Holiday Home is Langestraat car park, just a 750-meter walk away. You’re welcome to drive up to the holiday home to drop off your luggage before heading to the public parking.

Public road - Center

Parking in the center of Bruges between 09:00 and 20:00 is possible for a fee and is also time-bound. This also applies on public holidays and Sundays. Certainly not recommended for the long term.

Public road - Ring road

You can park your car on the side of the Bruges ring road (R30). This is only 400 metres from the Acadia holiday home and completely free of charge.

Train station Bruges

  • There is one train station in Bruges.
  • Click here to book your tickets. 
  • All major cities are accessible with the fast IC connections. So avoid the IR connections.

From the train station to Acadia

  • An official taxi rank can be found at the Bruges railway. You can easily pick a taxi to holiday home Acadia (Peperstraat 17).
  • Price: Circa 15€ (varies according to a holiday, the volume of the taxi, the hour…)
  • You can take the shuttle bus to the Molenbrug stop, which is just 440 meters from holiday home Acadia.
  • Price: Free
  • If you’re traveling light, you can start exploring Bruges right away with a pleasant 2,4 km walk to Acadia. 
  • Keep in mind that most streets in Bruges are paved with cobblestones.

From Acadia to the train station

  • Call +32 50 33 44 55 to reserve a taxi to the station. Do this in advance, preferably the day before. State the address of your holiday home (Peperstraat 17), the desired time, the number of people and the amount of luggage.
  • Price: Circa 15€ (varies according to a holiday, the volume of the taxi, the hour…)
  • You can take the shuttle bus from the Molenbrug stop, which is just 440 meters from holiday home Acadia.
  • Price: Free
  • If you don’t have a lot of luggage with you, you can enjoy Bruges one last moment with a walk of 2,4 km.
  • Keep in mind that most streets in Bruges are paved with cobblestones.

Checking in

When and how?

  • Seven days before your arrival, you will receive an email with the access code for the holiday home.
  • If you’ve booked through an online travel agency like Booking.com or Airbnb, you will first need to fill out a form providing your email address. Once completed, the access code will be sent to you as well.

How does it work?

  • Enter the 6-digit code.
  • If the attempt is successful, the buzzer will sound for a few seconds and you can open the door.
  • After several wrong attempts, the lock is automatically locked for several minutes. Then you will have to wait a while before making another attempt.
  • The code is valid from 1PM on the arrival day and until 10AM on the departure day.
  • A light will come on for each digit entered. This allows you to see whether you have entered one digit too many or too few. To delete the last digit, press the triangle icon. Press twice to remove 2 digits.
